I highly recommend Royal LandRover of Tucson. I have tended to like the staff of Royal Jaguar/LandRover over 20 years with change/turn-over of course. Individuals tend to present integrity. I have tended to like the staff of Royal Jaguar/LandRover over 20 years with change/turn-over of course. Individuals tend to present integrity. Fernando and Luis in service are excellent. Catherine and Leslie in sales/finance are quite the effective team. They are determined professionals exercising diligence and dedication. They will extend the time and effort necessary to provide customer service and accommodation. Factual accuracy in purchasing a vehicle and making that investment matters to many and to myself in making that commitment . "Transparency" is a word that is frequently spoken with Royal, and with that, credibility is of the utmost importance. Catherine certainly did not lack in effort, and, continued to present professionalism thru the negotiating process. Leslie Bolanos extended support when necessary. Tim Taylor was available if needed. Catherine Mercado excelled in sales. The customer care presentation of vehicle the day of possession with Catherine was of the utmost quality. Royal has the worst service departments in Tucson. Stay clear. The pictures show how they returned my car after having it for 5 weeks. Said everything was fixed. Left engine compartment covers not put Stay clear. The pictures show how they returned my car after having it for 5 weeks. Said everything was fixed. Left engine compartment covers not put back. But the whole incident gets worse. Dropped my car off for an appt on 2/20 and when I made the appt was told 3 days. Drop it off and they say they are backed up for 3-4 weeks but had to leave car or loose place in line. Returned car on 3/21 and they broke the bevel to the entertainment system and within 5 miles the whole thing fell out of the dash. Bring it back part will take 2-3 weeks to come in. Got my car back yesterday and open the hood today and see what is shown in the picture. They took the covers off the engine and never put them back on so had to bring it back and leave it with them. So I have not had my car since 2/20. In addition I have written proof that their service advisor Travis lies, he belittles people and just want to get rid of you and not provide any type of customer service. To top it all off spoke with Quinten who is the director of all the service departments and he assured me he was going to look into the issues and make sure when I get my car back everything is complete. Obviously another lie or he just does not care. And this is the person in charge of all the Royal service departments. This is the 3rd time I have had similar issues with a Royal service department so stay far away from any of the Royal brands. More
