The communication was top tier yet never felt pressured to make decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. Special shoutout to Travis (manager) who went above and beyond going to bat in financing and Ms. Lisa in financing was hilarious to work with and felt comfortable making a large purchase. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have had a great experience through the buying and service process except our two interactions with Travis specifically. Our first encounter wit and have had a great experience through the buying and service process except our two interactions with Travis specifically. Our first encounter with him left us walking out of the dealership without any sort of purchase due to his lack of understanding and willingness to work with our trade-in and financial proposal. The only way that we ended up with the vehicle we came for was with intervention from Tracey (who I would HIGHLY recommend) who actually understood our position and we ended up with the vehicle! This most recent time, once again, was a negative experience that has completely impacted our relationship with this dealership moving forward. We were contacted via text about our interest in a vehicle in which we provided our reluctance to come in unless we would be offered a specific (and fair) trade-in value on our current vehicle. We were led to believe by Travis that this would be feasible. A long story, short, it was most certainly not. We ended up with the vehicle after coming to "terms" that we thought were mutually beneficial and met based upon our previous text conversation. Upon leaving with the vehicle and signing documentation we realized that was not the case and felt that we had been misled and bamboozled by Travis specifically. We thought that we were getting the deal we initially agreed to but most certainly did not and we feel that this was a sneaky and backhanded way to do business especially with repeat customers. This situation has led to us to be very reluctant to ever return to the dealership for any future needs (which is unfortunate due to the great relationship we have with Tracey in sales) but this is now two separate occasions with two separate vehicles that we have very negative experiences with the same person. If possible, I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding any sort of dealings with Travis specifically as it is clear in how he likes to operate his dealings and the type of person he perceives himself to be. I am hoping that this review can help the next person from ending up in a situation(s) such as ours with him. More
