The great was in great shape and had multiple repairs done before being listed for sale. I found a few minor things during a test drive and they agreed to fix these without any hesitation. You can tell that they have a lot of fun in the office and enjoy what they do. It was refreshing to deal with real people. I would highly recommend! More

Jacob Baughman and Kevin Hampton were great to work with. Two weeks ago I purchased a used Chevy Volt from Dave Gill after my old Prius bit the dust. Jacob Baughman and Kevin Hampton were great to work with. Jacob was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and available via text to answer all my questions. Kevin and Jacob worked with me on the price and finding the right vehicle. If I had any concerns, they were quick to have the service department investigate. I felt like they wanted my business, but it was never high pressure. Kevin also went above and beyond, making calls to people he knew who dealt with hybrid batteries, to offer me a fair trade for my dead Prius. Lisa, who took care of the paperwork, was professional, funny, and made the process quick and painless. And Scott gave me a matchbox car to take home to my 4-yr-old. :) After I drove my new Volt home, I noticed a noise when I was pulling into my driveway. I took it back to Dave Gill the next morning. They got me into Service right away and set me up with a rental car. Tara-Lynne from Service was awesome in communicating through text message. They were able to correct the noise (at no charge), and I haven't noticed it since. Love my new Volt! Working with this dealership felt like working with a small, family-run business where they really put the customer first. And I feel like I got a solid deal. Highly recommend! More
