We have been very impressed with the Service Center at Spitzer. From the cashiers, the office personnel to the mechanics, everyone has always been very professional, kind and efficient. It is hard to make an initial appointment. After that things were good. The area was clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. Service department was rude and unhelpful. My SUV was returned in worst condition then when it entered. Staff were unprofessional and observed fighting with one another to speak with me and My SUV was returned in worst condition then when it entered. Staff were unprofessional and observed fighting with one another to speak with me and address my concerns. Go somewhere else, there fees and higher than most GM dealers and there diagnostic fee does not count towards cost of service which is seen at other GM dealers. More
