The service department at this dealership is TERRIBLE. From driving up to drop off your car for service (rude & not helpful, wait time with no updates. I had to take my car back because they couldn't fix From driving up to drop off your car for service (rude & not helpful, wait time with no updates. I had to take my car back because they couldn't fix it, & promised to call Monday to set up a PICKUP for the work to get done. NO CALL NOR FOLLOW UP. And when I got the car back, a half drank bottle of soda had been left on my backseat leaving a sticky circle mark on the leather!!! Horrible. I would not have bought a Ford if I went to this dealership. Sarasota Ford Dealership is the best. More

Mike Blankenship, the Finance Manager, also did a great job explaining everything and making the paperwork quick and easy.
