We had a wonderful experience at Mandal Buick GMC. We went there with the intention of purchasing a used car and prepared by viewing the inventory online. Jim Crampton greeted us at the door, took our information, asked us what type of vehicle we were looking for, and went to see what type of financing we would qualify for. At first we were a little frustrated because we just wanted to see what we thought we wanted and then go from there. This ended up saving us so much time because we were able to get into a car that was WAY better than we could have imagined. We purchased our first new vehicle after 22 years of only getting used cars right off the floor room gallery! We are so happy with the experience and are thankful for Jim Crampton and Alisha for navigating us through the process, helping us secure financing, and keeping us company as we waited :). More
