I was looking for a new car and wanted to upgrade from a Honda to a luxury vehicle. I entered Mercedes dealership and ended up purchasing my car from this dealership. Lucy Yun was the sales representative who assisted me and she was excellent. She understood what I was looking, was very patient with me, as I was undecided. She explained features of the vehicle expressing her own experience, which helped me making my decision for selecting the car. She was honest explaining the pros/cons of the cars I shortlisted.
