Excellent purchase experience Don and the rest of the staff did a great job through the entire process of showing cars thru the purchase process. The environment at the dealership Don and the rest of the staff did a great job through the entire process of showing cars thru the purchase process. The environment at the dealership is inviting and low key. My only complaint is that some of their cars were not available to show since they were still being inspected and reconditioned . I would recommend that they not advertise pre owned inventory until they are ready to test drive. More

Excellent customer service and solid communication. The only quasi complaint I have is that I don't typically put up with being passed off from salesman to salesman, but this is a small dealership and I respect the challenges they face. I worked with at least 4 sales guys, but they delivered a consistent experience that did not involve repetition of sales pitches. I received at most 1 follow up call per visit and if I asked for some numbers or information, they delivered it promptly. I rated their pricing as "excellent" because they had some excellent deals on new volvos ($7,500 off) which is amazing for Volvo. More

Great experience buying our Volvo XC90 We just traded in two vehicles and bought a new XC90 at Volvo of Tucson. As stressful as it can be to purchase a new vehicle, our salesperson, Dylan We just traded in two vehicles and bought a new XC90 at Volvo of Tucson. As stressful as it can be to purchase a new vehicle, our salesperson, Dylan Byerly, and the whole team at the dealership, made it a great experience. From the time we first talked to Dylan, we never felt any pressure to buy. On the day we picked up the car, Dylan did an excellent orienting us to the new vehicle and I even went home with some beautiful roses! Everyone from the service desk to the sales manager, and even one of the owners, made it a point to introduce themselves to us and made us feel like part of the Volvo family. This is our 6th Volvo and this dealership has been the best we have ever dealt with. More

We started by checking the website and when we chose several cars to consider we emailed Manny Tellez. Manny was great and got us prices on the vehicles. He was friendly and professional. We came in to look at the cars and met Rob Waterman. We told him we just wanted to test drive the cars and get information. Rob was terrific. He has many years of experience with Volvo and knows the vehicles. We test drove the cars and loved them. Rob got us monthly price information and after talking we told him we needed to think about it. After a couple hours at home we called him (at home) and he made the call to the dealership to help us negotiate a great deal. After we purchased the car, Manny took time to patiently explain all the options. We also want to give a shout out to Mo and Tony. Both were great, super friendly and helpful. Love this dealership, love our new car. More

GREAT PEOPLE First I went on line and browsed used vechales and then wandered into the show room. I was treated with a great smile and very genuine offer to learn my needs and wants. I was after a lower price used vechale, but that made no matter to the people of this dealership and I was treated as if I was after the most expensive vechales they had. I delt with thee different people and each one made me feel that they had my interests in mind. Three different people chip in and showed me vechales and there was never a hint of not wanting to work with me. No pressure of any kind, you know the old routines of sales ends today, everyone wants this car, last chance, none of that. No hurry, they worked on my schedule. More
