Toney did an amazing job of finding us the right car at the right price, but beyond that he took the time to walk us through all of the features of the car and how to adjust them to our preferences before the right price, but beyond that he took the time to walk us through all of the features of the car and how to adjust them to our preferences before we left. Our family was looking for a car for our son. We found a car on their website and reached out to the sales team to express our interest. The sales person sent us a video walkthrough and we expressed an car on their website and reached out to the sales team to express our interest. The sales person sent us a video walkthrough and we expressed an almost immediate interest the same day in purchasing the car. As we were out of state buyers, we asked what we needed to do to pull the car off the lot so it wouldn’t be sold (i.e. put down a nonrefundable deposit) and was told nothing. They assured us he was working with his sales manager on finalizing the deal and would send us the figures, including shipping. We were in daily contact…multiple times a day over a three day period. This was to be a cash deal and we were just waiting for the figures. Today, after our reaching out having not received the figures, the salesperson finally contacted us and told us the car had been sold. We told the salesperson that we wanted to purchase the car, at the listing price. We were waiting in good faith to get the numbers to pay for the car. There was no ambiguity…we were waiting to write the check. For this dealership to sell the car from under us in this manner after working with us DAILY after we expressed an interest in purchasing the car was dishonest, borderline unethical and unprofessional. As this car was for our son, and he had been involved in the process – this stung even more. Not only would I not recommend this dealership, I will actively tell people not to buy from this family of dealerships. Purchasing a car, especially a used one, is based on a certain amount of trust and if this situation is any example…trust would not be warranted here. More

Amanda knocked herself out pleasing this customer!!! If she didn’t have the answer, she would say, “I don’t know but I will find the answer”.....and she did!!! I MUCH prefer someone who is honest than som she didn’t have the answer, she would say, “I don’t know but I will find the answer”.....and she did!!! I MUCH prefer someone who is honest than someone who tries to blow a smoke screen!!! She was just delightful! I can say the same thing about Orlando, the sales manager! Very friendly and helpful as was the financial gentleman (don’t remember his name?). More

I had a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. I wasn't pressured to do anything. Options like ceramic coating and extended warrantee coverage were presented with pros and cons without it being pu I wasn't pressured to do anything. Not to mention they didn't make it try to fleace me with a "Market Rate" fee like Priority Toyota did. More

Very Happy Customer I have been shopping for a new car for 3 months and had visited the dealership twice before the day I finally purchased my 2019 CX-5. During that tim I have been shopping for a new car for 3 months and had visited the dealership twice before the day I finally purchased my 2019 CX-5. During that time, I was comparing the CR-V, RAV4, and CX-5. Each time I went to Hyman Bros., the salesman (Toney Richards) was very helpful. On the day that I decided to purchase the CX-5, Toney was busy with another customer but he referred me to his colleague, Orlando Cruz. Orlando was equally helpful and took me for another test drive. I was given a fair amount for my trade vehicle. After we had already started the paperwork, I decided that I didn't want that car and wanted to look at some others on the lot. Again, Orlando was very helpful and patient. I finally found the car that I felt best met my needs and taste. I quickly found the car on my phone through the USAA car buying service, which helped me to get the best price and eliminate the haggling. We finally finished the deal on the longest day of the year, June 21st, but it was already dark. It was a long day, but I drove away very happy and sure in my decision. Zoom zoom. Thanks, Orlando!
