First time here for service. Westfield in Countryside wasn’t answering phones. Recall on 2019 Explorer was the reason. 1 call, had a date to bring it in, was told unable to bring Westfield in Countryside wasn’t answering phones. Recall on 2019 Explorer was the reason. 1 call, had a date to bring it in, was told unable to bring me back to house due to it being beyond 5 mile limit, service advisor handled it and provided a ride. When vehicle was ready, shuttle drivers very busy, service advisor again handled it, contacted and dealership paid for Uber ride back. Very professional service, would consider here for a future purchase based on how well the service was handled. More

Hello, I’ve own Fords for over 40 years and 2 of them were from this location(Hawk and Napleton). I was given a7:00 am appointment didn’t hear from service manager until I called him at 3:00 pm. I was to were from this location(Hawk and Napleton). I was given a7:00 am appointment didn’t hear from service manager until I called him at 3:00 pm. I was told that tech wouldn’t be able to diagnose the problem till next day. I received a call at 12:30 am that day with an estimate of $5600. I was informed that entire sunroof needed to be replaced excluding the glass. The arms, track, cables, frame and motor were to all be replaced. I declined the repair and picked it up that afternoon at 3:00pm. before I left dealer ship my wife noticed that the rubber thing (concertina blind) was ripped. The service manager did check inventory and gave me the replacement part to have sunroof repair shop replace? Well that shop did replace it. and repair the broken arm( according to them a very common issue). The diagnosis and repair was done in a 4 hour period of time, Also for a cost of $795. A huge difference in repair costs a long with a huge trust issue with Napleton ford. Thanks Robert Marcowka More
