I had a warranty tire situation that needed attention ASAP! I was told to come right over and it would be taken care of even though there were appointments for other customers!! I went to get a flat tire fixed and was told by Jasmine that the guy, Aiden Gonzales, who was fixing my tire claims it could not be patched! My bad that I didn’t go back to see for myself if he was tellin that the guy, Aiden Gonzales, who was fixing my tire claims it could not be patched! My bad that I didn’t go back to see for myself if he was telling the truth or not! He claimed I needed a new tire and they had one in stock. Well against my better judgment I went ahead and got the new tire replacement, which Jasmine claimed would have a two year road hazard warranty on it, and seeing that tire has already had two nails in it. Well when I got home and looked at the tire, it didn’t even look like a new tire. After sleeping on it I was told by God to check the year of the tire, which I did and the tire was made in 2021. She sold me a three year old tire, which I’m not sure she knew or should have known at this point, that’s the only reason she got a five. But if she had known I probably would have gave her no stars! I went back today and she wasn’t there but talked to Tom Swedberg, who was really helpful and ordered me a new tire to replace the three year one they sold me, Could I trust these people again, I don’t know at this point, but I feel Tom Swedberg would make it right, but there shouldn’t of been a screw up to begin with such as this that he has to make right with the customer! . More

The service and communication was on point with Justin Worrel and the team. The mechanics did a quick and professional job by removing and replacing a new transmission. Again a 10+ for the team and I understood that they going to expend the garage/workplace to do more quick services, and that will make it for me a YES to go also for a quick oil service without a LONG wait. I received amazing service from Selena and the service manager on every occasion I went to the dealership. My last 3 vehicles have all been Hyundai’s and I don’t see that changing in the future. This dealership took our money and did not provide what we paid for (new tires). They committed fraud. We did not notice for a month until our tire gauge went off. We had to waste time and gas money goi we paid for (new tires). They committed fraud. We did not notice for a month until our tire gauge went off. We had to waste time and gas money going all the way back to get what we paid for. The main corporate number could care less as they did not even admit it was fraud. We owned Hyundais for 18 years but never will again. When this one goes we will get another brand of car!! More
