He explains everything that need to be done and answers all questions without getting exasperated by my lack of knowledge regarding cars. If it's imperative to repair something, he will make it clear to me, and other recommendations he will rank in the order of necessity. In accordance with the aforementioned, I feel that he has my car's and my best interest in mind, rather than just making a buck. He understands that I can go elsewhere to get my car maintained, yet offers me good prices and excellent service. More

I have 2 awesome service managers! Everybody in the service dept. are great, friendly and helpful but I always bring my cars in when I can work with either Eddie Garcia or Tom Lood. Tom Lood is the best! I work with Tom Lood and he is just the best to work with. He goes above and beyond to accommodate whatever may come up. He is courteous, thorough, works quickly and efficiently, being respectful of my time. He makes himself available to help me in any way. I needed to "reboot" my blue tooth after a tech update on a service visit, and he walked me through the entire process, even though he was done for the day! He is always pleasant and willing to help.
