ART was a delight to work with! :-) He is friendly and genuine. He spent a lot of time explaining things very thoroughly. As we began to "wrap things up" in the sale of my car, Art was extremely efficient and thorough in addressing everything that had to be completed. By the time I walked out of Sloane Toyota, I felt very comfortable driving my car! Art helped me to be comfortable with all the "newness." And I drove away feeling that it was "my" car.
