Thom was great he got me through the process. Buying a car can seem to take a lot of time, and it does. Not because the dealership wants it to. It's because of the paperwork that they are require Buying a car can seem to take a lot of time, and it does. Not because the dealership wants it to. It's because of the paperwork that they are required to do by the government. As a side note the GM Jeff Lish came out of his way to help me make the process even faster. We also had great conversations and he was polite not pushy and cut to the chase and made it even easier. Most Gm's don't come out and help always, but he did and I thank him very much. Also the Finance Manager Martin was fast and made the process easy. As a recent surviving cancer patient he made my experience "remembering" I won't forget Thom and Jeff and their kindness! More
