He made sure that I felt comfortable with the deal that we were working on, and he didnt pressure me into anything at all. He made sure that I left there happy. Even after the sale, he emphasized that he is there to make sure I stay happy with my new car. He told me to call him if I needed anything at all. Towards the end of the deal, the closing salesman came in to seal the deal. He also was phenomenal and I feel like I got a great deal on my car. He didnt pressure me at all either. Once the deal was agreed upon, I was brought into the finance managers office to deal with all the paperwork. Stuart put me at ease immediately with his happy and kind attitude. We got through the paperwork rather quickly and he helped me pick out a warranty suited to my needs as well as a few other things. He made sure that he explained every paper and all the numbers. He really went out of his way to make sure that he got me the best financing possible. I was simply amazed with how much he wanted to help me get the best deal overall. As a whole, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were phenomenal, and they all emphasized again that they will handle any issues that I may have. I went back there today, and they all greeted me and made sure that I was still happy with the car. They made sure that I had no issues. I cant recommend this dealer enough. Simply astounding service. More

Tom covered all the options and recommended what would serve us better, including service and maintenance protection, which we ended up purchasing as well. He also covered various financing scenarios and helped us fill out all the proper paperwork for processing. The financing manager Erik was also outstanding in his care of us, even finding a tag already available that we could transfer to the new car, saving us hundreds of dollars. Excellent customer service!!! A day later, Tom Krell came over to the house, personally, across town, to bring us the owner's manual that had been missing from the glove compartment in the new car. That is indeed above and beyond . He then took the time to review all the electronics with me personally, and took a short drive with me so I would feel more comfortable driving the new car. THE BEST!!! More

When we arrived he had the truck washed and put in a side parking lot so it was easy to check it over and take it for a test drive. The entire experience was flawless and Tom was a big part of that we were buying my son a truck for his 16th birthday and Tom made it a great experience.
