It was a great car buying transaction. Our agent was Tom Eusey, and our business office partner was James Schubert. (I may have the names off a bit.) They were both extremely patient, responsive, and thorough. I am known for being exceedingly thorough and questioning. They both handled everything I threw at them professionally and wanted to make the experience satisfying for myself and my husband. It was great, and when our next Honda ages out, we will return to Ed Martin Toyota. They have converted us! More

I just bought a new 2026 RAV4 and had great help with decision making and communication from Tom Eusey. Very impressed with the customer service and knowledge . There were never any high pressure tactics from him or from Rhyan, the financial services rep that helped me in the business office. He was really good to explain the opportunities for warranties etc. They were both very personable and it's been a very good experience. I'm impressed with this dealership anyway.
