Joe was extremely helpful in assessing my payment options and worked with me to get a much better deal than I thought possible. They were accommodating to my schedule and were very speedy with turnarounds an and worked with me to get a much better deal than I thought possible. This October, I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were terrific. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and engaging. I had a great time working with them to meet my requirements. Everyone I met to date at Cityside has been great. I have not yet interacted with their service department, and I hope they provide the same level of service. Notes: (1) I did not finance. I paid cash. (2) I purchased upgraded warranties, as I had planned. This was not due to predicted reliability, bat rather for peace of mind as I get older (I am around retirement age now). More
