This October, I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. The staff at Cityside Subaru were terrific. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and engaging. I had a great time working with them to meet my requirements. Everyone I met to date at Cityside has been great. I have not yet interacted with their service department, and I hope they provide the same level of service. Notes: (1) I did not finance. I paid cash. (2) I purchased upgraded warranties, as I had planned. This was not due to predicted reliability, bat rather for peace of mind as I get older (I am around retirement age now). More

Great experience! Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to hurry the process along; in fact, at a certain point I needed to press pause for a few days on the car buying due to some financial issues that had come up, and he was SO understanding. Everyone that works there seems approachable and friendly. I left with a brand new 2024 Crosstrek and I've been LOVING it! It also feels great to know that the team has my back on any car issues I may have for the next few years. Thanks Cityside! More
