Always very prompt and efficient service. Everything is explained in detail and I am always kept informed of what's going on with my car while it is being serviced. Jasmine made herself available in the event I had any questions or if I needed anything. So, I felt as though I was in good hands, start to finish. As for the waiting area itself. I found it to be very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would like to see changed is the implementation of work areas where you could bring a laptop and plug yourself in. Plugging in just in case your service is going to take a while. Also, perhaps some better refreshments. They have crackers, fruit snacks, coffee, and water. Maybe have a few snack and beverage vending machines? More

There are no words on how upset I am. Not happy at all way too much to type out. To sum up what occurred at this location. I am trying to get out of a KIA that was purchased from Hyundai Not happy at all way too much to type out. To sum up what occurred at this location. I am trying to get out of a KIA that was purchased from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel by a Lier sales person (Ceaser no longer there) and a sales manager (which I can not remember his name but is no longer there) because I was forced into this car and it is about to hit 50,000 which nothing will be covered. I was told since 2017 when I started purchasing cars from Hyundai to bring back the car before it hits 50,000 because we can still make money on the car. Which I have been doing, but this is the 2nd experience that I have had which I was treated disrespectfully along with feeling like I was just a number. I am waiting on corporate to contact me back because this is not how you should treat people. I know how dealerships work my uncle owned one back in New Jersey and I am not stupid when it comes to this type of thing. Also my family started buying from Hyundai but then switched because of how they were treated and I did not believe them until it has happened to me. They need to hire more people like Justin he is the service manager there and he is just an amazing person. More
