Absolutely the Worst Customer Service!! I cannot express how awful this dealership is with it's customers! From our sales associate to finance, we cannot be more disappointed. We leased a I cannot express how awful this dealership is with it's customers! From our sales associate to finance, we cannot be more disappointed. We leased a 2016 C300 and traded in our Saab back in December 2015. When we went to drive our newly 1 time cash pay leased vehicle, we realized the sales associate, Jerry put our old unregistered plates from our former vehicle on the car. We ended up leaving on Christmas eve without our car but instead a loaner car during xmas week when we wanted to be showing off our new car to friends and family. Then when we did ultimately receive the vehicle, the hood protector which was an additional purchase ~1k had to be re-installed over 2 times due to air bubbling and incorrect positioning of the plastic seal. 2 years later it still looked awful. We also purchased the extra pre-paid maintenance plan for 1200 only to discover we wasted our money and only received 1 service the entire lease period. After the awful experience, we debated leaving Mercedes altogether and opted to trade our pre-paid lease vehicle in early. Over 5+ attempts to get in touch with Chris, AJ or anyone from Finance to call us back to find out our options for cancelling the additional service options since the lease was terminated 3+ months early. By the 5th call I refused to hang up and the receptionist finally got in touch with someone in Finance. While the sales associate, Jerry may be gone (probably fired for ineptitude) the relationship across departments is horrible. It was so bad we just could not return there and deal with service even though they are closer to our residence. I will make it clear that we did decide to stay with Mercedes and this is not a reflection on Herb Chambers but just this dealership. We did get a new 2019 customized vehicle from Lynnfield and could not be happier with our decision to shop elsewhere. I would be astonished if we receive a response from TWhitehead either at this point. More
