When I brought my truck in yesterday and walked in, nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the ad nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the additive when my car was finished I paid $100 for an oil change. Which is fine if it’s done correctly get in my truck to leave and it is shaking and not running right then as I pull that onto the road check engine light comes on and three other dash lights come on and I have a message on my council. I had to turn around and come back when I walk back in. Nobody wanted to help the lady thought it was more important to have a conversation with her coworker instead of helping a customer then a man just stands there keeps looking at me in the corner of his eye, not saying anything, but as soon as an old lady walks in and walks up to his face, he asked how could he help her and he helped the lady then continues to stand there and not say nothing to me so I asked to speak to a manager oh what do you know? Yeah how can I help you? He says so the service manager wanted to help all of a sudden when I asked for a manager when I’m standing there for minutes, not wanting to say a xxxx thing to me. Then he wants to blame it on. Oh well let’s just look at the codes and see what it is. We just did an oil change on it. He takes it back and still wants to bring it back and try to make it like oh maybe it was because it didn’t have no gas he don’t know, but they reset everything. Your service manager is very rude disrespectful I will never bring my truck back in there and I will also not bring cars that I have or will never purchase a vehicle from you. Your service has went to xxxx. This isn’t the first time that we’ve had problems with your company we get overcharged or you don’t explain things or you don’t do what you’re supposed to do. You don’t bring a truck in for an oil change perfectly fine with no dash lights on not shaking but then leave and everything goes wrong and you get blamed for it. Jim Norton has went down the drain and it’s sad that I had to waste time all day sitting there because you couldn’t do your job right and that’s why I take it there and pay the outrageous prices because I thought being a dealership you would know what the xxxx you were doing so bad review I give you a zero out of 10 and I will be putting this on Google to let everyone know how you treat people. More

when I dropped the truck off I told them that it had already been looked at by another chevy dealer, but they did not have a medium duty truck lift and the starter cable is loose and causing it to inter already been looked at by another chevy dealer, but they did not have a medium duty truck lift and the starter cable is loose and causing it to intermittently not start. I told him the alignment was off when I picked it up from the upfitter. I get a call about the truck then telling me the ECM is being replaced and I have to wait and it took a week to get the ECM replaced and I asked what about the starter cable 4 more times over the telephone. I told him I'd seen the cable loose with my own eyes. After the final time asking he said the mechanic checked it and it was tight. I leave the dealership turn the truck off the first time and it doesn't start after the ECM was being replaced because apparently the ECM had nothing to do with the problem and they couldn't even take simple instruction about the starter cable being loose already confirmed. when he called me about the ECM he didn't even know that the alignment was off or that there was a complaint about it pulling tothe left. The level of incompetence is absolutely inexcusable, they cost me a week without my truck and replace the ECM probably for no reason. More

They worked hard to find me the best vehicle and the best price. Financing was a breeze. They took the time to explore and find the best options for me. Finally, Chris in accessories scheduled and installed my new bed liner while providing me with a loaner vehicle. I just wanted to say thank you to the Jim Norton team for a very pleasant car buying experience. More

My Opinion on Shelley Shelley was very knowledgeable and non pushy, two things I look for when making a deal. She asked questions to find out what I wanted and what I needed, not always the same thing. And she helped me find a solution that fit my situation. She was aware that I had been talking to sales people at other dealerships and test drive several different makes. So she happened to follow up at the perfect time (Whike I was making a decision on what make to go with) and I cane in and made the purchase. She has also been helpful after the sale so I will likely use her in a few years when I come in for a new one. More

Dont go Here !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my servi I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my service tech he says o you have to fill the tank drive it a bit. Two days later the car is still revving and surging. I place a call to the service manager and he is out of the office and no one else is available!!!! I call and get my service tech and instead of showing empathy and trying to resolve the issue I feel like I am bother him wanting MY CAR FIXED like one would expect when taking their car in for service. I would not recommend doing business with them!!! More
