When I brought my truck in yesterday and walked in, nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the ad nobody wanted to help at first finally a gentleman asked how he could help us and we stated we needed an oil change with the tire rotation and the additive when my car was finished I paid $100 for an oil change. Which is fine if it’s done correctly get in my truck to leave and it is shaking and not running right then as I pull that onto the road check engine light comes on and three other dash lights come on and I have a message on my council. I had to turn around and come back when I walk back in. Nobody wanted to help the lady thought it was more important to have a conversation with her coworker instead of helping a customer then a man just stands there keeps looking at me in the corner of his eye, not saying anything, but as soon as an old lady walks in and walks up to his face, he asked how could he help her and he helped the lady then continues to stand there and not say nothing to me so I asked to speak to a manager oh what do you know? Yeah how can I help you? He says so the service manager wanted to help all of a sudden when I asked for a manager when I’m standing there for minutes, not wanting to say a xxxx thing to me. Then he wants to blame it on. Oh well let’s just look at the codes and see what it is. We just did an oil change on it. He takes it back and still wants to bring it back and try to make it like oh maybe it was because it didn’t have no gas he don’t know, but they reset everything. Your service manager is very rude disrespectful I will never bring my truck back in there and I will also not bring cars that I have or will never purchase a vehicle from you. Your service has went to xxxx. This isn’t the first time that we’ve had problems with your company we get overcharged or you don’t explain things or you don’t do what you’re supposed to do. You don’t bring a truck in for an oil change perfectly fine with no dash lights on not shaking but then leave and everything goes wrong and you get blamed for it. Jim Norton has went down the drain and it’s sad that I had to waste time all day sitting there because you couldn’t do your job right and that’s why I take it there and pay the outrageous prices because I thought being a dealership you would know what the xxxx you were doing so bad review I give you a zero out of 10 and I will be putting this on Google to let everyone know how you treat people. More
