Exceptional even before we walked into the dealership We live in Jax, so we called to make sure the suv that we saw online was available. Tischler took our call. From that moment, the customer service was exceptional. Tischler not only took the time to physically locate the suv but go around the car inside and out and give it a rating before we made the trip. We drove to St. Augustine, Tischler was available as soon as we arrived. He took us on a test drive, explained the suv even though a brand not sold at the dealership. We were able to put a deal together that afternoon. We came the next morning to pick up out new to us Nissan Rogue. It was detailed perfectly. The staff from the front desk to finance was great too. Exceptional buying experience. Thanks Bozard Ford!!!!! More

Before I had a chance to state my opinion of the driving experience, the sale associate "Tischler Nelson'" responded " I'm sure this is not what you were expecting." One would expect the associate to state, " How did you like it,,,,followed by,,,I can work up a great deal for you on this vehicle." His professionalism and attention to my needs caused me to remain at the dealer to consider other vehicles. A few hours later in the day, I was driving away with my new vehicle. I can not speak for others, but personally I had a great experience and would recommend the dealership to other. "Rick Garcia" in the finance department continued the professionalism, which rounded out a very positive experience. I hope other who read this review will also experience the same. More
