A 1hr. Recall took 5 hrs. Timothy Harris added 3 other inspections without telling me. He called and 4 hrs after dropping off my vehicle not to tell me the Recall took 5 hrs. I said I wanted my car.he said they didn't even start the recall work yet. I tried to explain why this not exceptable but Timothy constantly interrupted me and wouldn't let me continue. More
