I went to Napleton Ford to have my oil changed. My service advisor was Tim Harris. Tim greeted me promptly when I pulled my car in. He asked what I need help with, I gave him the info that I had an My service advisor was Tim Harris. Tim greeted me promptly when I pulled my car in. He asked what I need help with, I gave him the info that I had an appointment for a oil change. Tim informed of the different oil changes that were offered I chose one. I was then informed that my vehicle would be taken care of so I surrendered the key. I then took a seat in the waiting area and about a hour later was ready to leave. My experience from beginning to end was great and Tim was very pleasant my interaction with him makes me want to return for any other services I need. Thanks Tim More

Brought my Explorer is for an issue with a knock when turning. Great communication and fixed the issue. Unfortunately the sound came and back and when I called they were right on it.
