Sales Dept. was fine. Pat very nice. Second purchase here and Sam also excellent. Service Dept. another story. John is very nice, but rushed and seemed busy for was fine. Pat very nice. Left car and was called when it was done. Windshield not taped (yes…..it should be) and dashboard left with debris all over it. Very sloppy job. Still no answer from “upstairs” on the headlight frames which should be changed. “Common problem” is not an acceptable answer. The car I traded in didn’t have it. Common problems can be fixed. Fourth Cadillac purchase….second from Paul Conte. Disappointed and surprised. More
