Right now not to happy with this dealership. My vehicle is in being worked on and I've texted the number they gave me to get updates and I haven't received any information, not happy. I recently had an experience at Ford of Morgantown regarding a jerking issue with my vehicle. While I was initially disappointed that the problem continued after my visit, I truly appreciate how the s regarding a jerking issue with my vehicle. While I was initially disappointed that the problem continued after my visit, I truly appreciate how the situation was handled afterward. The service director personally reached out to me to discuss my concerns and took the time to understand my frustration and offer help. That level of communication and customer care really stood out to me. I’m grateful for the effort to make things right and feel much better about moving forward with them to get the issue fully resolved. More
