My vehicle was in their shop for two weeks, and not only 1 of the addressed issues were fixed, but I now have a new transmission installed, and the mechanic seems hesitant to work any other components of the vehicle. I've dealt with various dealerships for service, and this has been by far the worst experience I've had. More

I brought my Jeep in for a recall. I have more problems now than when I brought it. I get a clutch over heating error with is what the recall was for. My backup camera doesn’t work and I have more problems now than when I brought it. I get a clutch over heating error with is what the recall was for. Dealerships are supposed to be an experience in which one receives a service, I can not get one single employee to finish my jeep repairs. Not one employee knows the information about my vehicle every time receives a service, I can not get one single employee to finish my jeep repairs. Not one employee knows the information about my vehicle every time I call. This is such a miserable experience. Employees are absolutely incompetent and extremely Rude. No reason for any of the hassle. Hope I helped someone to not make same mistakes i made by dropping my vehicle off for repairs at this particular dealership. Awful!! More

My last visit to the service center started out pretty rough. No one’s fault. My service agent Tim Winter. Not only double check on my service warranty plan for me. At time of pick up.
