My husband and I recently went to Royal Jaguar Land Rover in Tucson to test drive a CPO Defender 90. We had the pleasure of working with MaryLou Monroe, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Land Rover in general as well as the specific vehicle we’d come to see. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, helped us get acclimated to the vehicle before heading out on our test drive, and showed us how to use the safety features we were interested in (as well as some neat features we hadn’t been aware of like the 360 camera). When we returned, Tim Taylor (who was also incredibly wonderful to work with) and my husband went over the off-road hill setup - it was both terrifying and exciting to watch! All in all, this was an incredibly low-pressure, exciting, and friendly sales process. Even though we were only CPO buyers, you wouldn’t have known it by the service received. I believe we were treated with the same respect and attention as new buyers receive. We’ve already shared our experience with our friends and family, and highly recommend MaryLou and the Royal Jaguar Land Rover dealership. More

I highly recommend Royal LandRover of Tucson. I have tended to like the staff of Royal Jaguar/LandRover over 20 years with change/turn-over of course. Individuals tend to present integrity. Catherine and Leslie in sales/finance are quite the effective team. They are determined professionals exercising diligence and dedication. They will extend the time and effort necessary to provide customer service and accommodation. Factual accuracy in purchasing a vehicle and making that investment matters to many and to myself in making that commitment . "Transparency" is a word that is frequently spoken with Royal, and with that, credibility is of the utmost importance. Catherine certainly did not lack in effort, and, continued to present professionalism thru the negotiating process. Leslie Bolanos extended support when necessary. Tim Taylor was available if needed. Catherine Mercado excelled in sales. The customer care presentation of vehicle the day of possession with Catherine was of the utmost quality.
