Usually the e service bay is top notch. The last couple times I get passed up by advisors to assist other customers that arrive after I do even though I’m standing next to my car waiting fo The last couple times I get passed up by advisors to assist other customers that arrive after I do even though I’m standing next to my car waiting for someone. And yes I make an appointment each time. Also this last time my glove compartment seems to not open and close smoothly after they replaced my cabin filter. I do hope this is not a continuing trend as I’ll try centennial next time as I’ve been receiving advertisements for their service bay specials. More
