Very excellent service. I requested for my usual service advisor, Phil Crabtree. He knows my vehicle pretty well so he provided the best recommended service for my vehicle. The new thing is that instead of calling you they sent you a text message of what the technician found on your vehicle with pictures and recommended service which is a good thing and you need to approve which service you want. It just took a longer time for me to get an update when my vehicle was done with the service but overall good service. I can say prices went up but because of convenience I still chose to go here.
