Poor service and communication. It took 3 months to repair a warranty item that should have taken a week or two. Garrett near the very end was the only decent communication we received over the 3 months. We used to be big fans of Kia, but now I’d like to a big improvement in service. What is a long warranty worth if you can’t get good service? More

We would recommend this dealership because of our salesperson Tim, however we are extremely disappointed with the management due to our recent experience feeling like we were given the bare and switc salesperson Tim, however we are extremely disappointed with the management due to our recent experience feeling like we were given the bare and switch due to our written agreement for our trade-in for our new vehicle on order which took several months. Once the car finally arrived we were called to come in, we again verified verbally the price and told yes. Once we got to the dealership we were presented with a price of six thousand dollars higher which is a huge discrepancy as to what was agreed too by us and the sales team. We blame the management for not discussing this with us and making no effort for any compensation for loyal customers. We were blindsided as we think our salesman Tim was as well. We deserve better and would like to hear from the management team. We still go to the dealership for our service on our new vehicle. We did continue with the purchase out of respect for for our salesman and the fact that we honor our commitment as we ordered the vehicle. More

Tim did a fine job with us, however we were very disappointed in the way that the dealership handled an unexpected and unexplained significant price increase from the price that we had agreed to in disappointed in the way that the dealership handled an unexpected and unexplained significant price increase from the price that we had agreed to in writing. The original price including our trade-in was agreed to by both parties four months prior to the delivery of our new car. There was no explanation as to the decrease in our settled agreement of the trade in value of our Teluride which had been in place for several months and discussed and agreed upon by both parties. We fell that we were blindsided when we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new hybrid and complete our agreement only to find out that the final price was thousands of dollars more than we had agreed to. Out of respect for Tim, because this is the second car that we have purchased from him, we completed the deal. Although we completely did not agree to the terms of the final price/trade-in, we went ahead with the sale. No other options were offered. More

I took my Hyundai to get work on a possible axle or joint issues. A couple of days later, they finished the job and charged me $1800. Upon leaving the lot, the noise and issues were back. I brought the vehic issues. A couple of days later, they finished the job and charged me $1800. Upon leaving the lot, the noise and issues were back. I brought the vehicle back in. Now they said it was another issue. A week later I paid $2200 left the lot, and issues is still there. Now, I am not asking for special treatment. My car clearly states that I am a US Marine, and still I got robbed. So all you veterans out there, please avoid this dealership. So quick to say, thank you for your service, but will stick it to you every way they can. My name is Ruben Gonzalez. Red flag my fellow veterans. STAY AWAY!! More

I had a filter & oil change; The filter was not installed correctly & the oil leaked on my garage floor & driveway in which I had to buy a cleaner to remove the oil.
