The process was an exhausting waste of time in my opinion because we had everything worked out and I came in with a pre-approval but the finance managers were more interested in joking with each other and tossing about inappropriate profanity to be bothered to do their jobs. But Tim was excellent. Amazing salesman. Too bad the finance team here is a complete joke. More

My sales rep was great. He listened to what we needed and met all of our needs. We came in with a pre-qualification for our financing. We came in the next morning to complete the transaction. The financing department was a different story. The guy was trying to a hard sale on a warranty wr did not want. After our 3rd no he asked if he could run a credit search to see if he could get us better financing that what we already had been approved for. He came back with a better option but it "included" the warranty in the payment? We already told him no on that. We almost walked away. This should have been a sign and drive experience and instead it left a bad taste in our mouths. In addition, a person would be an idiot to pay 200 a month for a warranty on top of a monthly car payment and full coverage insurance. We had said as much and treated us like we were stupid for saying no. I understand it is his job to offer this, but 3 clear no's is more than enough. More
