Decent price, terrible experience. These guys lied to me multiple times and denied it every time. When I confronted them and walked out of the store they came running after me to offer These guys lied to me multiple times and denied it every time. When I confronted them and walked out of the store they came running after me to offer me a couple dollars to come back inside. As the car was a decent deal, I went back inside and purchased the car. When I came back the next day to trade in my car and pick up the new car, I was lied to again. Once again, I confronted them and they lied to me again. For the trade in, I was told it would take 10 days to pay off the current loan. 18 days later, I get a letter from Ford including a late fee due to North Coast not getting the payout done. Now I am stuck trying to convince Ford to reverse the late fee so my credit score isn't affected due to a mistake that was made by the dealer who purchased the truck. All in all, they had a decent deal on the car but I was more than willing to walk away due to the nonprofessional salesman and "finance professional". I would not recommend this dealer, it was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. More
