Lawrence Matthys, I didn't get my full tank gas. Wish I had been called sooner than 3:30 about this to make better arrangements. Repairs were done and all seems to be working great. I really liked picking up a clean car! More

The staff didn't seem as welcoming as I was used to from other Honda dealers. However, I didn't buy my car from them because I found a better deal for the exact new vehicle in Arlington last year. I was traveling from Dallas to San Antonio and my Honda Odyssey's dash lit up with multiple warnings including "Check Transmission." My husband contacted Greg May Honda in Waco and talked to Tiffany, then Odyssey's dash lit up with multiple warnings including "Check Transmission." My husband contacted Greg May Honda in Waco and talked to Tiffany, then connected me to Tiffany to explain what I was seeing on my dash. Tiffany advised me to keep driving and come directly to their facility. Even though they were really busy, they looked at my car and then told me that when they had turned it off, it wouldn't start again. Without Tiffany's advice to keep moving, I would have been stranded on the side of the highway, needing a tow. A new sensor was needed which the dealership ordered just in time to have it delivered the next morning. Kelly, the wonderful shuttle driver delivered me to a nearby hotel and even handled my luggage for me. He also picked me up the next morning and delivered me back to the dealership. By noon I was on my way again to San Antonio with my car running great. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful and I am so thankful that they worked me in so that I could continue my trip home the next day. I sincerely appreciate their great service during a really stressful time for me and I recommend them without reservation. More

My car received the recall repaid. I had asked that my left rear back up light be checked since someone told me it was out. When Tiffany got the call to come pick up my car, I asked if I had asked that my left rear back up light be checked since someone told me it was out. When Tiffany got the call to come pick up my car, I asked if the backup light had been repaired. Tiffany said she would double check, which she did,, and the person she spoke to. You assured her that it wasn’t working order. said she would check to make sure it was done and called me back later, The lights were checked off as good on the worksheet also. However, before I left the parking lot, I had the person behind me check my lights, and the left rear is still out. I did not have time to deal with it then. I was very disappointed. I was certainly grateful to Tiffani for taking the time to double check, and I’m sorry. Whoever she spoke to didn’t double check. I don’t know. I have to make a separate appointment for a minor situation. More

We had our other vehicle in for service at Ford dealer nearby and noticed there May Honda Nextdoor. Our pilot needed service and I decided to see if we could squeeze in. She went through the car’s service records meticulously (we bought it Honda Certified pre owned last April) and identified all had been done with exception of transmission fluid replacement. Outstanding service! More
