Excellent Customer Service We came in to Wilsonville Subaru after having already shopped around. Specifically looking for a late model Outback with low miles, a few of which we We came in to Wilsonville Subaru after having already shopped around. Specifically looking for a late model Outback with low miles, a few of which we had already found their website. We met Tom Tyson who greeted us in the certified preowned area and directed us to the three vehicles we'd selected online. From the very beginning, we were impressed with Tom's approach. He gave us 'just the facts' and answered all our questions as well as the pros and cons of each specific vehicle. We took a test drive and he carefully explained the (extensive) electronic features. We finally chose a 2019 Outback. It was newer and fewer miles than what we had originally decided upon---and more $$ of course. Throughout the whole time we were at the dealership, Tom was kind, funny, open and forthcoming. We really enjoyed meeting him; he seemed genuinely interested in us, not just what we were purchasing. We came back the next day to conclude the deal and bring in the vehicle were were giving in trade. Smooth and effortless a transaction as we've ever had in purchasing a car. Everyone we met at Wilsonville Subaru were very pleasant and friendly. Kudos to Tom Tyson for a great experience! More

the definition of customer service is Wilsonville Subaru. On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when we sat down to look at numbers they ran my credit 6 different times to tell me i need to put 18k down on a 2019 Subaru outback if i wanted a chance on getting into one i was upset they ran my credit so many times and didnt even check with my bank who is chase bank the Lithia salesmen never even came back with numbers just his jacket zipped up saying i just cant afford any model car they have, so i went to Wilsonville Subaru and i was linked up with Jacob Crosby and Ty Bryant who was just over seeing the deal but i do have to say Jacob made me and my fiance feel valued he found us the same car that Lithia was showing us and he worked hard to get the deal to work in fact i dont think i have ever seen a car salesmen work so hard for their client he was able to work the most perfect deal and i was absolutely blown away at what Jacob was able to work out in fact im still blown away and cant believe it Jacob is professional and most of all he knows all about customer service you guys have made 2 life time customers because of the work Jacob did for us and i will be referring anyone and everyone to him that is looking for a new or used car. I also have to give a shout out to Thomas Tyson my fiance and i are expecting twins we have a 1 and a half year old already but when he heard that he started telling us about his twins and thats the first time her and i have met someone who had twins and he gave us his card telling us we can call him if we need advice or anything like that and that to us meant the whole world we truly felt like we were almost in a family it dose not feel like a car dealership it feels more like friends helping friends or even family helping family and that's priceless. More

I felt so welcomed the entire experience and I never felt obligated to make any purchase. I really can’t say enough amazing things about Tom; he was such a great help (and still is!), he was incredibly patient with me doing everything he could to ensure I was educated and felt confident in my decision. Tom is very personable and made the entire experience easy, stress free and overall very enjoyable. Everyone I encountered at Wilsonville Subaru was genuinely nice and you can tell they’re really in it to help you and make sure you’re happy, comfortable, and safe in your new vehicle! Patient and extremely helpful Tom was one of the coolest salesman i've see at any car lot. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and even patiently sat thro Tom was one of the coolest salesman i've see at any car lot. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and even patiently sat through 20 minutes of phone calls as i was fixing a glitch in my insurance information at check out. He also taught me how to empty a confusing vacuum cleaner someone had loaned me and went so far as to empty the full dust compartment out for me inside the dealership. (causing a mini dust storm) Tom's customer service is way more than 5/5 but that's the max i can give him here. Best experience i've had at any car lot hands down. More

Tom helped me find the car I LOVE at a price I can afford. He was very thorough in making sure I was understanding exactly what I was getting, and he never pushed me to look at things I didn't want. He even took the extra time to check up with me even after the sale. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. I have had nothing but great experiences with Wilsonville Subaru. Every single member of the staff has been welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I appreciate everything they've done for me. Best car buying experience ever (55 years) Thomas Tyson spent the majority of his day working with us as we were trying to decide which car we wanted to buy. In a regular dealership I would im Thomas Tyson spent the majority of his day working with us as we were trying to decide which car we wanted to buy. In a regular dealership I would imagine he could have worked with about 3 potential customers during that time. His patience was notable and personified the slogan of "One Price, No Bull". Our plan was to get information and a price and then proceed to shop other dealerships for comparisons, our normal way of doing business. But once we began working with Tom we realized that would be a waste of time and we would be better served spending our time here considering model, color, accessories, and learning about the impressive safety and navigation systems. We came away with none of that buyers' remorse typical of a new car purchase. If the other employees of Wilsonville Subaru are as good as Tom, you can't go wrong. More
