Converted us from Ford to Subaru people! and thought they’d have best selection for our initial research visit. We first came by on a Friday night and met Tom Tyson, a friendly but not pushy and thought they’d have best selection for our initial research visit. We first came by on a Friday night and met Tom Tyson, a friendly but not pushy salesman, who allowed us to explore the showroom as long as we wanted, answered all our questions and taught us a lot about each sedan type I was interested in. We test drive a few and then went home to think on it and check out other options. In the end we decided our first experience was great - exceeded all our needs - and no need to look further. We contacted Tom by text to let him know we’d like to come back and learn about finance options. We didn’t have our payoff yet from our insurance company, which we’d need as our down payment, and we didn’t have excellent credit. Neither were barriers. I’d been driving a rental car two weeks and Tom let us post date our down payment check a week from the date we took possession, to allow our insurance payment to come through. Our financing was reasonable and he explained all our choices clearly and patiently answered all our questions. In the end the hardest part was making a car choice. We went way out of our way to go to this dealership - there are several close to our house - but we’re very glad we went with Wilsonville. Their after sale care is exceptional as well.... I’ve never heard of a place that wants to hear from you with questions and proactively reaches out to you after a few weeks of driving to answer any questions. Finally - I got aftermarket leather seats installed (thanks, Coach Auto), which was all coordinated by the dealership’s service department. They were so professional and fun in that office - looking forward to coming back for window tinting! Best part? They gave me a brand new Forester to drive as my rental while leather was installed for free! It broke my heart to give it back - and I already want to trade in upgrade! Ha! Definitely converted this Mustang girl to the PNW Subaru fanatic stereotype! Thanks, Tom! We’ll see you again soon! More

Upgrading my Subaru Outback I have leased 2 Outbacks in a row, and my 2nd lease was close to ending so I spent days researching other makes/models to see if there was something e I have leased 2 Outbacks in a row, and my 2nd lease was close to ending so I spent days researching other makes/models to see if there was something else I could get that would be more affordable and still meet my needs. On Sunday late afternoon, 9/22/19, at the end of my search, I went to Wilsonville Subaru to do a final comparison on cost/incentives/availability, etc. I already knew I liked the Outback. I was exhausted and "done" but needed to see what they could do for me so that I could make my final decision. Tom Tyson was my sales rep. He was calming and accommodating, and he could tell how frustrated I was by that point. His patience was tested (as was mine) when the dealership's internet went down, right at the point when he was getting ready to go through the numbers with me. I waited for about 30 minutes for the internet to come back up, but at 5:45 he said I could leave and he would call me the next day, and if the numbers worked he could bring the new car to my office where we could sign everything and he would drive mine back to the dealership, He knew better than to ask me to come back down there during the week - I work full time and have evening activities every day. I left the dealership, and within 5 minutes he called me to say that the internet was back up, and he invited me back to finish our review. I turned around, went back, and ended up getting a solid deal on a new Outback, in my top but uncommon interior and exterior color choice. His calmness and the dealership's willingness to create a deal that worked to my advantage (I was over my mileage, still owed 2 payments, and my car had some slight damage to the bumper) are all reasons that I give them the rating that I do - and I would most definitely recommend others to go to that dealership, and Tom specifically, for a Subaru purchase or lease. More

Best Experience Ever! This was the best experience my husband and I ever had buying a car. We are always hesitant about getting cars because of the high pressure and the sneakiness but we experience none of that at Wilsonville Subaru! They’re true to their “no bull” statement and were wonderful to work with. We will be buying all future cars from them or their affiliate in Wilsonville. My husband and I agreed before hand to forgo the warranty because they’re expensive and usually unnecessary. They explained the benefits and then didn’t pressure us to get it. They said no pressure many times and we never felt any. I think we were in and out in 3 hours or less, which is also the shortest it’s ever taken to buy a car. I wish I shopped there sooner! More

When shopping for a family vehicle, the standard safety features on a Subaru allows the car to really sell itself. Their massive indoor showroom made for such a better experience than standing out in the radiating sun on a hot summer day, especially while 7 months pregnant. Also, their straightforward pricing structure we didn't end up spending hours of our time in negotiations over the price. We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend the car, the dealer, and our sales rep to anyone who asks. More

Very friendly, great knowledge, answered all questions, but best of all he was not pushy. If you want a great car and have a great experience working with the dealership, then we highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru. Everyone we talked to there was very friendly and helpful. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy a car. We also really like having one main point of contact with Tom. I am sure the other sales associates are great, but I would highly recommend you ask for Tom when you walk in the door. More

We met him at the door and never before had the pleasure to deal with a Guest Advocate that was so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a car. He never tried to convince us to buy a car from him while we were in his presence. He assisted us, when we needed assistance, but we really never felt any pressure and had the feeling that we were able to make all the decision ourselves after considering everything in a calm way. We do recommend Tom for the purchase of a car. More
