Tom was the worst. I came in to test-drive two used outbacks and the sales person I worked with before wasn't there, so I worked with Tom. Tom was inconvenienced that I wanted to actually test drive both cars, "They are the same car" and gave out a big sigh when I insisted wanted to drive them both. Im really glad I drove both because they did feel different driving. He also didn't want to come on the test drive. WHAT?! Had I not already test drove with DJ and had a great experience with him, I would have left and never come back. Avoid Tom at all cost. More
