He was very informative about the entire process, he never tried to talk us into something we didn't want, and once we purchased the vehicle he took the time to explain every detail of the car to us. We met with Thomas to discuss the financing side of things, this sometimes being the dreadful part of purchasing a car, Not with Thomas!!! He answered every question we had, Everything was very black and white, no hidden charges, he explained every penny of our purchase, and didn't allow us to sign any paperwork until we complete understood what we were signing. This was the most comfortable car buying experience we have ever experienced and look forward to doing business with Audi Dallas in the future!! More
