Quick & Efficient Took my Q3 in for the 15,000 service. Eric was my advisor. I had scheduled a loaner but he told me he could get it done in 1hr. So I waited. It was do Took my Q3 in for the 15,000 service. Eric was my advisor. I had scheduled a loaner but he told me he could get it done in 1hr. So I waited. It was done in under an hour. During that time I used their wifi to catch up on emails and texting friends. I also looked over some of the cars in the Lobby. The time flew and I'm very happy with Eric. He did the service on my Q5 the week before and that day I did get a loaner. I purchased my Q5 from Dallas Audi and my Q3 from Plano Audi. I much prefer how I'm treated and the quality of the services I get from Audi Dallas. So now I only use their service department for both cars. I live in Plano and it's worth the drive. More
