I believe the techs found any problmems that needed addressing.. i was very surprised my yearly maintenance ended up costing $750. Thank goodness. Thomas was very friendly and accommodating during the purchase process. After the purchase, I learned that he provided me with misinformation multiple times about some things that created some inconvenie purchase process. After the purchase, I learned that he provided me with misinformation multiple times about some things that created some inconveniences. Ultimately, I felt rushed when finalizing the purchase and choosing finance options due to them closing for the night. I think if i had more time the process may have felt smoother. Josh in finance has been helpful in answering my questions and being available to provide the correct information. I am still waiting for my new tag a month later and I cannot wait to be done dealing with the sales department. I am hoping to have a good experience with the service department moving forward. More

I was pressured really really hard during the finance process to take the additional GAP and warranty. It was only after I said I was about to leave that I was able to remove them from my loan. My car ha process to take the additional GAP and warranty. It was only after I said I was about to leave that I was able to remove them from my loan. My car had a factory warranty on it up to 100,000 miles and I put down $10k, which means that there was not even a "gap" the moment I left the lot. It was super high pressure during the finance process. More

Friendly employees. Unfortunately the dealership adds pricy unnecessary features to vehicle jacking up the price. Plus dealership has very high fees. In MN fees were $150 here in Florida the same fee was $1200. All these fees cost the consumer real money and add to the monthly payment and overall vehicle debt beyond the actual car. More
