So, buying from a dealership in another state involves some trust and legwork -- particularly if you ship the car. That's where Bozard excels. They have a well-organized process for handling everything (even your out of state registration) and making it hassle free. The car was shipped to me and arrived promptly without damage. They even included a nice giftbox with wine and wine glasses in the backseat. Throughout the process, Bozard actively coordinated with me to make sure I understood the technology in the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Moreover, when I had a post-sale issue with one of the technical features in the vehicle, they took initiative to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and bought other luxury brands. This is not your average dealership.
