Was helped by Tifani and Mandi, and they truly made me feel valued even though I’m from out of state(Arizona) and obviously won’t be bringing my vehicle there for service. Tifani had the vehicle prepped and up front for me when I arrived, took lots of pictures and was so welcoming. Mandi, spent plenty of time going over the new truck features with me to ensure I was confident in everything before leaving as I was upgrading from a 10 year old vehicle and a lot has changed in a decade of vehicle features. Honestly, I’ve never had a good time at a dealership until going to Jacky Jones Ford. I would highly recommend the team there and their President of Morale(family dog on site) is an added bonus!
