2020 Explorer ST I got a call from Terry McDowell about a lease trade in. I also received a notice from Ford in the mail about turning my 2017 Explorer Platinum in ear I got a call from Terry McDowell about a lease trade in. I also received a notice from Ford in the mail about turning my 2017 Explorer Platinum in early for a 2019 Explorer Platinum. I made an appointment for 1030 on August 9. Showed up about 20 minutes early, talked to Terry, he called Connie over as he had to go to another appointment. Connie inspected our car and as they did not have any 2019 Explorer Platinums asked us what we would be interested in. They had some 2019's on the lot but were base or XLT. Then we saw the 2020 Explorer ST. So worked with Connie and wound up leasing the 2020 Explorer ST. Treated very good by sales and finance with NO upsale. A good buying experience. This is the 4th new vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. 2000 Mustang GT convertible, 2011 Ford Edge Limited (Adam Smith), 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum (Hal Severns) and now a 2020 Ford Explorer ST (Connie Jolicouer). Have not been disappointed with any of the transactions. More
