Horrible service! !!! do not use. They Literally gave me wrong car when i first bought brand new car, called me to switch out. Then called a week later called bc they m !!! do not use. Very Bad Customer Service I purchased a new 2015 Silverado from Castriota. I had to take my vehicle back for a re-call order, while I was there I had them look at my wheels, th I purchased a new 2015 Silverado from Castriota. I had to take my vehicle back for a re-call order, while I was there I had them look at my wheels, that the top coat of the wheels is coming off and the medal looks like is rusting... THESE WHEELS AND TIRES WERE A $2700 option. Castroiota personnel stated that they will help me if I paid ANOTHER $1400. I refused so now I have a 2015 Silverado with 19,250 miles that looks awful with these wheels. Will I do business there again xxxx NO if just one person reads this and goes someplace else to purchase their new vehicle, that would be super great because that's one less steak that Castrota personnel can put on their grill. NO STARS More

Couldn't be happier! My family was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle but we were afraid with our low credit score that we would either not be able to get approved at My family was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle but we were afraid with our low credit score that we would either not be able to get approved at all or that the payments would be sky high. We had visited a few other buy here dealerships (where our worries became reality) and I had fell in love the the Chevy Traverse. So we decided to give a real dealership a try. When we walked in, Debbie was there with a smiling welcome. We explained our situation, budget and what we were looking for. She was so helpful and and worked real hard to get us what we wanted and needed. And now we are the owners of a fabulous Traverse! My family and I are so thankful for her and the whole staff at Castriota! It was such a great car buying experience! No pressuring by anyone, which to be honest I expected from a big dealership. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new or used car to come here. You walk in a stranger and leave feeling like family. More

Sold out from under me. I had a buyers order on a used vehicle, rented a trailer to bring vehicle home and procured a bank check which I paid the fee. Only to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me. A BS way of doing business. You would think once a buyers order is procured, the vehicle would be marked as sold. Seems to be another way of getting a little more money. Shameful. More

Very inattentive!! Came in to test drive a 2014 2500HD LTZ on Sunday 12/18/16 it was a very beautiful truck. When it came time to do the finance seemed like they didn't Came in to test drive a 2014 2500HD LTZ on Sunday 12/18/16 it was a very beautiful truck. When it came time to do the finance seemed like they didn't want to sell it or work on selling it, so I told them i will come back with my own financing. I asked if the truck could be held for me and sales (Brittany Curatolo) said yes she will put it in the back for me. Next day did my own finance for the truck, got approved. When I called Castriota Monday three times (different people) with NO return phone call all day. Tuesday called around 12:30 got Terry Beard sales manager everything was talked over on the phone and good. I was going to come up and see Terry to drive the truck home. Come to find out the truck was not held for me and was sold. Will never go back and not recommended Castriota to anyone. Brittany was not a very good salesperson. NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS!!!! More

I also called their head office to place an executive complaint in! They can't stand by their advertising, their word, and honesty and just plain courtesy is lacking. I had my son with me there through the nonsense they were smoking in the show room hey I voted for a smoke free place for my family and myself terry said it's only an e-cigarette so what exactly is the problem you and your staff that wasted our time glad I did business with honda two months back and thank you for all your staff who showed their true colors brittanty, jason, matt, and jeremy! You all were a lesson learned! Memorable. 12/5/2016 Received a phone call from someone claiming to be Tom Castriota. ***** BE AWARE! ***** He states that his dealership was never contacted by main office so I provided them with my complaint number! He said it wasn't false advertising because the stock number in the picture wasn't the same as the the vehicle I was shown but I can read the fine print which clearly states sale on car with ***a chevrolet cruze lt with mrsp of 22010*** and the photos are for illustration purposes only *** but apparently my compression skills are now in question! If that's not bad enough he stated a man was smoking the e-cig and he did so outside but he would review the tape again! Next he calls back and states that there was no one in the show room but my family and implies I am blind and lying therefore fabricating the story! Smoking in a public facility is a crime and I voted for that law and take it seriously but the insult of the whole experience well GM/Chevrolet and innocent bystanders need very much to be aware and that video needs to be properly reviewed! More

During the buying process I dealt with several individuals who handled every detail very professionally. Our Sales Consultant Gary Trial was very helpful and had everything ready to go not wasting time, which I appreciated. Gary is very personable, efficient and made the transaction effortless. Terry Bedard the Sales Manager and Tom Castriota the owner helped get the pricing acceptable. I was beyond surprised and pleased that the owner was approachable and helped finalize the purchase. I am now enjoying my truck thanks to the great team at Castriota Chevrolet. More
