Great Purchase Experience - Michael J. is "The Man" He may not wear a jeweled glove but Michael J provided "white glove" service. Car buying is about as much fun as going to the dentist but Castriota Chevy dolls out plenty of NO2 to make it as smooth as possible. We had an appointment with another sales rep who didn't show up (mistake, big mistake). Michael met us out on the lot and tried to connect us with the associate but was not able to reach her. He took over the sale smoothly and before we knew it he had located the car we were interested in. Michael made my 80 year old mother feel comfortable and did not make her feel rushed. He took us through the vehicle inside and out and did a great job of explaining the technology behind the car in such a way as to not to intimidate my mom. The car sold itself with his help. Closing the deal was fast and efficient. The management worked with us on a win/win price and we walked away with a smile. Hats off to the F&I gentleman as well. He was able to match the interest rate the credit union was offering us and didn't try to sell us things that didn't make any sense for our circumstances. More
