Detail wash, mechanical work and all work done to the vehicle were done to satisfaction. The front office did not communicate or provide good time estimates or provide quality customer service. Service tech went on vacation and did not pass along any information. Was told vehicle would be done at a certain time. Called continuously and was told it wasn't ready waited without a vehicle all day of the day they said it was going to be done but then had to go get kids from school. Came back the next day and again was told it wasn't ready. Then told them to go ahead and bring it to the front ready or not and come to find out it was ready just service tech was not competent enough to get the correct information. More

Was greeted right away. Was explained everything that needed to be done. Waited in a nice lounge fully stocked with drinks and snacks while vehicle was being serviced. Service at James wood is exceptional. My experience is that all personnel are professional, responsive and excellent to interact with. They keep you informed and have a good turnaround My experience is that all personnel are professional, responsive and excellent to interact with. They keep you informed and have a good turnaround time. The waiting lounge is comfortable and accommodating. I have also used the shuttle service and its terrific! More
