I had the best experience ever in getting my car repaired. It is always a stressful time when something goes wrong with your car and Taylor easily took the stress out of it. Thank you Taylor for keeping me up to date with on going status reports. The valve body for my Cadillac transmission was on back order for we-ee-eks. It is driving fine now! I rated the speed of ser status reports. The valve body for my Cadillac transmission was on back order for we-ee-eks. It is driving fine now! I rated the speed of service "poor" because of the back order delay. Overall, Taylor and James Wood Cadillac are the best! More
