I traded in my old car for a newer one and transferred my existing plates. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received the title. Neither the title nor the registration was submitted to the DMV. N existing plates. It has now been 7 months, and I still haven’t received the title. Neither the title nor the registration was submitted to the DMV. Now, with expired license plates, I can’t even drive my $100,000 car. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get answers, and my bank has been trying to reach the dealership for 6 months. This is completely unacceptable. I’m still hoping this issue can be resolved without having to take legal action. More

Bill was my advisor. The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to as The only thing that I didn’t like about the experience was the gentlemen that was doing the review of my car he said one thing and when I began to ask questions Bill advised he would discuss other concerns at this desk. Came in with less than 23000 miles on my car and got an estimate of $3700. Then the comment of this is a luxury car expensive to maintain was very condescending and it’s makes an assumption that I was not use to luxury when in fact is not the case. I don’t know what my next car is but when I can’t trust after I buy the car that I would be treated fairly and with respect it won’t be your establishment. Very disappointed with this part of the experience More
