I would like to specifically give a quadruple thumbs-up (yes, Gig’em Ags) to Brent Penn. He was a true gem to deal with both when we started the lease and again thru purchase. He explained everything and was very thorough in discussing options, etc, but also a very nice gentleman to work with. Everyone at Northside, especially those I rated, are awesome, genuine individuals but Brent was the cherry on top of the cake. Since I never get to drive Momma’s Lexus, my next vehicle will be my very own (Northside) Lexus. PS - Tanner in the Service Dept is also a true gem and a class act. More
