Charles (Chuck) was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the car-buying process. Before arriving, he sent over all of the Grand Cherokees that were the generation I was looking for (WK2) and opened a about the car-buying process. Upon arriving, we took a look at the cars and took a test drive with no high-pressure sales tactics. This low-anxiety sales style is fantastic and I’d recommend that anyone who is looking for a CDJR head to Lake Norman CDJR! More

This was the first time I purchased out of state im at a loss tho. My truck was delivered last monday no paperwork and no floor mats in truck have repeatedly tried to call and have E Mailed all with no answ loss tho. Mark was outstanding, hands down a top salesman. The rest of the experience was a total disaster from start to finish. Did not pay off my trade-in, did not register and title my purchase for 45+ day The rest of the experience was a total disaster from start to finish. Did not pay off my trade-in, did not register and title my purchase for 45+ days, did not submit my new paperwork for Chrysler until days after my first payment was due. I have purchase more than 20+ cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience, negative impact to my credit and Chrysler account ever. Very very unfortunate and aside of turning my lease into them, I will never use nor recommend them ever again. More

I had an issue with a tire consistently losing air on a recently purchased vehicle. After a couple of discussions with management, the dealership replaced the tire resolved the issue.
